男,1988年9月生,中共党员,江苏泰州人,2020年9月毕业于复旦大学计算机科学与技术专业,获理学博士学位;2014年6月毕业于中国科学技术大学精密仪器及机械专业,获工学硕士学位;2010年7月毕业于中国科学技术大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业,获工学学士学位。
